Delivery Policy
Entrants will receive an email receipt of entry within one working day of registration confirming their entry into the qualifying event of their choice. Entrants will then receive another email 2 weeks before the qualifying event with details of their tee time and other relevant information.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Entrants may cancel their entry by calling us or sending us an e-mail at least 7 days prior to the date of their qualifying event and will be entitled to a full refund. Entrants cancelling within 7 days of their qualifying event will be entitled to a 50% refund. Entrants cancelling within 24 hours of their qualifying event will not be entitled to a refund.
